If you would like more information regarding joining the Mattawan Fire Department, please see an officer of the department.  Applicants are encouraged to attend weekly training (Wednesday at 7:00 PM) as well as the business meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM.  Upon completion of the required probationary period, the applicant must be voted onto the department by the existing members of the department.
